Shipping policy

At SIMWOOD STYLE, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers in the United States. Please review the information below for details about order processing, shipping rates, delivery times, and other important shipping terms.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries or regions through our standard checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following standard shipping option for orders within the United States:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $13.00 or more
  • A $13.00 shipping fee applies to orders below $13.00

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard shipping time is typically 8–15 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on factors such as:

  • order volume
  • carrier delays
  • weather conditions
  • holidays
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • other circumstances outside our control

While we do our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details.

If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been dispatched.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, SIMWOOD STYLE is not responsible for the resulting delay or failed delivery.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@simwoodstyle.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and review the situation to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or other external factors may be outside our direct control.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment in such cases.

9. Order Issues Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@simwoodstyle.com.

To help us resolve the issue more quickly, please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
